The methods used by Viveca to create her images means a lot of enhancement on the artistic side of things, which she excels at. Which is why you guys invite here to lecture.

I actually bought Viveca’s 4s and found it useful only for the anti-judder and the quick clandestine snap via the side button. I’m a travel blogger and did about 7 months using a Galaxy SII (basically the inside of a 4s). For my purposes it put the 4s to shame. I could save my images at 640 X 480 (good base size for my imagery) and then manipulate them with the MacGyver Photo Editor App in Android (recommended for fones and tablets). Also could group my contacts, so had a fully functional fone and a camera rolled into one.

A five month exclusive use gave me quite passable images, only one or two need altering in Photoshop when I returned. Today’s smartphone cameras are catching up with real ones. On the road I save a huge amount of weight and space in my backpack or small travel bag (I use for short trips).

But I still prefer my Leica/Lumix, especially for the zooms and lens quality.
